CHICO, Calif. — A man with a gun bailed out of an SUV before running towards the Chico State Campus, while trying to evade police.
Around 12:18 a.m., Saturday, Chico Police tried to stop the driver of an older model SUV near Salem Street and W. 3rd Street in Chico. The driver didn't pull over right away.
