CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WTVC) — Reality TV star Ashley Ross (aka Ms. Minnie) died Monday night in a car wreck, her representative confirmed.

According to Ross' manager, she died in a hit and run accident. They didn't share further details.The accident occurred on a road just south of Atlanta, The Associated Press later reported.

Her publicist, Liz Dixson, confirmed to The Associated Press that she was taken to Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta, where shesuccumbed to her injuries.

“The family respectfully asks for their privacy as they grieve during this very difficult time,” Dixon said in a statement.

Ross, 34, rose to fame after appearing on Lifetime's 'Little Women Atlanta' and appeared on GMC FOX Edition several times.
