LOS ANGELES (WZTV) — Priscilla Presley has filed a petition which questions the validity of a signature on her late daughter Lisa Marie Presley's will, according to a report from the Los Angeles Times.
The report said Priscilla Presley asked the Los Angeles County Superior Court to establish the validity of the document.
According to the LA Times, the filing disputes a 2016 amendment to Lisa Marie Presley’s will that allegedly removed her former business manager, Barry Siegel, and Priscilla Presley as trustees. Her oldest children, Riley Keough, 33, and Benjamin Keough, reportedly replaced them. Benjamin Keough died by suicide in 2020.
Lisa Marie Presley, a singer, Elvis’ only daughter, and a dedicated keeper of her father’s legacy, died earlier this month after being hospitalized for a medical emergency. She was 54 andburied at Graceland, her father Elvis' mansion.
