A burglary suspect was arrested by the Mount Shasta Police Department (MSPD) after a CodeRed alert was issued on Saturday, but police are still looking for a second suspect.

The burglary took place late Friday night in the area of Ram Avenue and Oak Street in Mount Shasta. Police say the two suspects had fled the area, but one was later caught.

At around 1 a.m. Saturday officers issued the CodeRed emergency alert because the burglary involved firearms.
