PAKENTA, Calif. — UPDATE, Friday, Nov. 11:
Staff at the Salt Creek Conservation Camp told KRCR 39-year-old Teo Raymond was captured Thursday afternoon around 4:30 p.m.
He was tracked down by local law enforcement and an escape team in Paskenta, which is a few miles from the camp.
Raymond was taken to the Sierra Conservation Center and will be ineligible to participate in the fire camp program, according to the CDCR.
The case will be forwarded to the district attorney for potential escape charges.

Officials with the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation are looking for an inmate that walked away from a conservation camp in Tehama County on Wednesday.
39-year-old Teo Raymond was discovered missing from the Salt Creek Conservation Camp near Paskenta on Wednesday night during a headcount at 10:30 p.m., according to the CDCR.
Raymond is described as 6'2" tall, weighing more than 220 pounds, with blond or strawberry blond hair and grey eyes. He was last seen wearing a long-sleeved orange shirt and orange pants marked with "State Prisoner" on the leg.
Raymond was taken to the Salt Creek Conservation Camp from Shasta County in May. The CDCR says he was sentenced to four years for burglary, assault, false imprisonment with violence, and corporal injury.

Anyone that sees Raymond should call 911 immediately, or call Camp Commander Brett Lewis at (530) 933-5497 or Special Service Agent Chris Paris at (916) 825-9511.
The CDCR, Cal Fire, and other local enforcement agencies are working together to find Raymond.
According to the CDCR, 99% of all adult offenders that have left an institution, camp, or other community-based programs without permission have been caught.
