Police identify man found in shopping cart in front of Chico grocery store

CHICO, Calif. — Chico Police identified the man found deceased in a shopping cart in front of a grocery store in Chico on Wednesday.
On Sunday afternoon, officers say 61-year-old Daniel Niles, of Chico, was found in the cart, wrapped in white plastic, in front of Food Maxx on Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Pkwy.
