Redding has been expanding the downtown area for several years. Now, a familiar indoor cycling studio has made the move to the downtown area. On Wednesday, TRUE Ride Indoor Cycling Studio held a grand opening for its new location on Market Street.

Owner of TRUE Ride, Laurie Ryan, says after seven years of being on Churn Creek Road, they are excited to have officially moved locations to downtown.

"We decided we needed to make a move and this opportunity came up with Sonya Kennedy, and she owns a California Dance Company, and it was just really positive.” Ryan continued, “The idea to move downtown has got such a great vibe and people down here are so positive and really friendly. I like that there are a lot of local businesses so it just seemed like a really great thing to do."

“Come out, come take a ride with us and we are really excited to be here downtown," said Studio Manager and Cycle Instructor Olivia Webb.
