LAUDERHILL, Fla. (CIRCA) - Two people were injured after a crane collapsed on several homes in Lauderhill, Florida Wednesday, according to WSVN.
WSVN reported that Lauderhill Fire Rescue crews responded to the scene near Northwest 11th Street and 44th Terrace just before 4 p.m. that afternoon.
Fire rescuers said at least two people were injured, with those hurt including the crane operator and the occupant of one of the homes it crashed on.
Crews said the crane was erecting a Florida Power and Light Pole when it toppled over, and it remains unclear how many houses were impacted by the accident.
