WASHINGTON (TND) — Countless ethical have been questions raised when looking at the fallout from the pandemic policies.
One of the biggest is whether pharmacists should have the power to block legally written prescriptions. Sheryl Attkisson examines that topic on this week's Full Measure and joined The National Desk’s Jan Jeffcoat Friday morning to give a preview.
“By November of 2021, the CDC says more than 377,000 people a month are being prescribed ivermectin,” Attkisson said. “That's a 24-fold increase from before the pandemic and nobody I spoke to could point to a time prior to the pandemic where so many people were denied access to legally prescribed medicine blocked by their pharmacist.”
In Sunday's Full Measure cover story, Attkisson will be looking at both sides of the question of whether your pharmacist should be able to overrule your doctor.
The show is also set to discuss the tactics Russia is using to sow disinformation in America. Lisa Fletcher will examine the ongoing propaganda war between the U.S. and Russia as we move into the 2024 presidential election.
