Body cam video was released showing the arrest of a triple-murder suspect accused of killing a Florida news reporter and a 9-year-old girl.

19-year-old Keith Moses is accused ofshooting five people in Pine Hillson Wednesday afternoon. Three people were killed: Spectrum News 13 reporterDylan Lyons, 9-year-old T'yonna Major and 38-year-old Nathacha Augustin.

Two others, Spectrum News 13's photojournalist Jesse Walden and the 9-year-old girl's mother, are in critical condition.

The Orange County Sheriff's Office released the video on Thursday afternoon. The video starts off with deputies locating the Moses while in his patrol car. Once he was spotted, deputies immediately jumped from their cars with their weapons pulled and demanded that Moses get on the ground.

"Get on your f------- face," one deputy said. Another deputy responded with a similar reply, "Get on the f------- ground."

Once Moses was apprehended, he can be heard multiple times saying "I can't breathe" and "They're killing me." A deputy responded to Moses' screams by stating "You're breathing fine."

Deputies began to search Moses, and they can be seen using a knife and cutting his jeans to reveal a gun.

"There's a zero [gun] in his pocket," one deputy said.

When the deputy removed the gun from Moses' pants the deputy noted that the gun was "still hot."

Sheriff John Mina held a news conference on Thursday morning saying that Moses is a gang member, but the shooting doesn't appear to be gang-related. He also has an extensive criminal record.

Following the announcement of Lyons' death, Charter Communications, parent company of Spectrum News 13, released the following statement.
