The Fresno Police Department arrested a man for breaking into a Northwest Fresno building and stealing several items.

Police say the man broke into a building in the area of Shaw and Hughes on May 8th at 10:00 a.m.

One video clip shows the suspect doing a celebration dance after he had entered the locked business for the first time. The suspect actually entered the building and the victim`s office suite numerous times over the weekend.

After that, a tenant in the building called police, saying an expensive laptop had been stolen over the weekend, but there was no sign of a break-in. Officers said they found the crook a short distance away and discovered he had the stolen laptop. Investigators said he also have several keys: one of which opened and locked the building doors, and another opened and locked the tenant's office where the laptop had been taken.

David Seale was booked for possession of the stolen property, providing false information, and several warrants.

Detectives later went through three days of video from the business. They said they were able to see Seale using a set of keys to enter the building during the late night and early morning hours over the weekend. Investigators said Seale was also seen entering the victim`s office suite with a key and walking out with the stolen laptop. Based on this new evidence, police charged Seale with commercial burglary. They said the office keys he had in his possession were copies and not originals. It is unknown how Seale obtained the keys.
