CINCINNATI (WKRC) — One of the largest mansions in Indiana is going up for auction soon. There will be no reserve price for the auction, meaning the highest bid will be accepted, no matter the price.
The lakefront estate was custom designed and sits on a 15-acre peninsula with more than 17,000 square feet of living space.
You can take virtual photo tour of the mansion in the gallery above or by clicking here.
The house is in Batesville, Indiana, located in southeastern Indiana, between Cincinnati and Indianapolis.
“Affectionately referred to as ‘Le Rêve,’ this award-winning private estate is located along the shores of Bischoff Lake in Batesville, revered as one of the best places to live in Indiana.
The estate presents a very special opportunity, as it will be sold at a Truly Absolute Auction, to the highest bidder, Without Reserve,” said Daniel DeCaro, President and International Founder of DeCaro Auctions.
The property has its own barn with horse stables and a greenhouse made in England.
DeCaro Auctions International is auctioning the property, which is set to be auctioned on April 15.
You can learn more about the property on the DeCaro Auctions website.
