Based on the investigation and seizure, the two occupants of the residence, 42-year-old Jeremy Jonah Jones and 33-year-old Jessica Marie Bennett were taken into custody.

Jones was booked on the following charges: Felon in possession of a firearm, felon in possession of ammunition, possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of sales, and maintaining a residence for the purpose of distribution.

Bennett was booked on the following charges: Possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and an active misdemeanor warrant for drug possession.
